Assists in preparing the restaurant for service and maintains the cleanliness of the restaurant at all times.

oEnsures compliance when determining potentially intoxicated guests per Company standards and procedures.
oMaintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies and procedures and service standards.
oEnsure proper documentation for all accidents and incidents per Company policies and procedures.
oMaintain complete knowledge of and strictly abide by state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated patrons, and driving while under the influence.
oMaintain complete knowledge of property layouts, table/seat/station numbers, proper table setups, room capacity, hours of operation, price ranges, and dress codes.
oMaintains complete knowledge of all menu items, prices, preparation methods, cook time, major ingredients, quality standards, taste, the appearance of products, texture, serving temperature, garnish, and plate presentation.
oEscorts guests to tables and assist in seating at tables; present menus and extend congenialities in a prompt and professional manner.
oExtends a courteous departure as guests leave the restaurant.
oAbility to be well organized, maintain concentration, and think clearly when providing service to multiple guests within any given period of time.
oInspect tables and stations, ensuring that all setups meet the departmental standards.
Check throughout the guest's stay, and relay deficiencies to management for immediate follow-up and corrections.
oAbility to endure abundant physical movements throughout the work area.
oAbility to perform job functions with minimal supervision.
oEnsure that tables are cleaned and reset according to Company standards.
Additional Info:
One to two years experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
