Casino Service Agent - Red Rock

Assist Station Casinos Guests by responding to their needs and questions.
Works closely with Player Development staff to assist them with arrangements for our Guests.
Answer telephone calls from casino Guests requesting information or services from the Player Development staff.
Input Player Development room reservations as directed.
Follow through on all Guests requests handling whatever details possible and requesting assistance, if needed, from a higher position to complete requests.
Assist Player Development staff in making both internal and external reservations and arrangements for Guests receiving complimentary services.
Assist with Special Events.
Maintain all Special Event spreadsheets.
Run reports as requested by the department head.
Accommodate all requests made by our Casino Guests and the Player Development department.
Handle all Concierge requests for our Casino Guests and the Player Development department.
Qualifications:
Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in but not limited to CMS, LMS and Microsoft Office.
Previous VIP Services, Front Desk or Reservations experience preferred.
Minimum age requirement is 21.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
