Insight Global is seeking a remote Organization Development Program Manager for one of our top clients in the iGaming industry, one of the most popular sportsbooks in the country! Although remote, candidates must be located in one of the following states:
NV, NY, NJ, PA, CT, MI, FL, VA, DC, MD.
As a key member of the organization and people development function, this role is part of a team responsible for designing and implementing effective programs that fuel our growth and help our employees develop the skills to advance their careers.
Were looking for someone to build new programs from the ground up, scale existing programs to better serve our distributed teams, and champion a performance and feedback culture that supports our new ways of working together.
Our ideal candidate has deep expertise in change management and experience revamping or running performance management processes, designing and developing learning materials to support performance management programs, and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
Collaborate closely with key People team stakeholders and business leaders to elevate our approach, processes, and tools related to performance and talent management & ensure solutions are aligned to strategic business needs and objectives Serve as the key resource, expert, and thought leader regarding performance management, talent management, and thought partner for organizational (re)design Ensure performance and talent management approaches are equitable and inclusive Shift leaders mindsets and build skillsets to develop more of a feedback culture, drive continuous dialogue, enable leaders to identify and develop their talent, and build high-performing teams Build and develop tools, resources, and training to enhance both employee and manager skills related to ongoing feedback, performance discussions, career development, and stay conversations Thread skills-based approaches into core talent practices including workforce planning, job architecture and leveling, career pathways, and leadership succession planning Provide tools and guidance to managers on identifying successors and intentionally developing their skills through tailored development plans Partner with People Business Partners to facilitate performance calibrations and talent reviews across the organization5
years of Organizational Development experience with an emphasis on Talent Development and Performance Management Experience revamping/running/building Performance Management processes, goal setting, performance calibrations, talent discussions at senior levels, including talent reviews and succession planning Strong design, facilitation, and program management skills Deep knowledge of Organizational Development and Change Management Proven success building credibility at all levels of the organization Recommended Skills Architecture Building Performance Business Strategies Calibration Career Development Change Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
