Remote Technical Compliance Officer

Insight Global is seeking a remote Technical Compliance Officer for a top client in the iGaming industry! This position is remote; however, the candidates need to be located in Nevada, New Jersey, or Virginia.
Responsibilities Research, assess and assist in ensuring the companys products are compliant with relevant technical requirements in all its markets.
Assist in developing technical compliance frameworks for the company to develop products and services against them.
Monitoring and lead changes on existing regulated gambling markets across the North America region to ensure continuous compliance.
Serves as point of contact to support and maintain US markets in line with regulatory licensing requirements.
Serves as point of contact together with the Incident Manager and the Change Manager to ensure correct processes are followed during Compliance incidents.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including regulatory bodies, testing facilities and legal counsel for any compliance related matters.
Work closely with several departments for the common company goals and objectives.
Work with release and change management tasks in collaboration with respective managers to ensure such responsibilities are met in all markets portfolio.
Technical compliance experience in the Casino Gaming industry.
Understanding of Online Gambling Legislation and being able to extract requirements and create gap assessments and user stories.
Clear and concise communication both written and oral.
Structured and organized with a positive can-do attitude.
Knowledge of Jira workflows and office365.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
