Harry Reid International Airport- Commercial Business and Development Manager

PLEASE USE LINK TO APPLY OverviewThe Commercial Business & Development Manager reports to the Managing Director - Business & Commercial Development and is responsible for the management of the concessions program for Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) including planning and budgeting, reporting, as well as managing program staff.
LAS' program includes retail, food and beverage, advertising, gaming, lounges, passenger services and scholarships.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilties Include:
Developing, negotiating, reviewing and monitoring proposals, contracts and lease agreements.
Developing strategies to maximize the program's financial goals.
Working with the Engineering/Construction division, monitoring the design, construction and accomplishment of Airport concessions space.
Developing and implement policies, procedures and instructions and work with other Airport departments, including Legal and Landside, to review leases, permits and per-capita activities.
Inspecting and reviewing concessions to insure the quality of goods and services are in line with agreements and Airport approved prices.
Making presentations to groups including tenants, Airport leadership, and staff, and the general public informing the audiences on a variety of concession-related topics including proposal response requirements and doing business at the Airport.
Providing leadership to staff, creating and maintaining a high-performance, service-driven work environment.
QualificationsThe successful candidate for this position will have graduated from a 4-year college or university with a Bachelor's degree in business or public administration, aviation management, finance or a related field.
Additionally, the candidate will have 5 years' supervisory experience of operational or business operations.
