Front Desk Coordinator - Facilities Maintenance

Summary The Front Desk Coordinator is the first point of contact for the corporate office, greeting visitors and answering a large volume of incoming telephone calls.
This position is responsible for a myriad of administrative duties and support functions.
Visa Sponsorship Available No Minimum Requirements Combination of Education and Experience will be considered.
Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986.
Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
Education:
High School Diploma/GED Years of
Experience:
Minimum one (1) year of proven experience providing administrative support as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
o Positive attitude and be a team player.
o Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; knowledge of general office machines.
o Adaptive to learning a variety of software pertinent to the department.
o Ability to communication with Manager and Director on a regular basis o Demonstrate professional interaction with visitors, vendors, deliveries, and all departments.
Preferred Requirements Job Duties o Sign in visitors and direct them to appropriate employees.
o Revise and maintain company phone lists and directory as needed.
o Schedule conference rooms and conference call lines/ Distribute conference room schedules daily.
o Forward e-mails and faxes received by Front Desk and Facilities to appropriate employees.
o Distribute and track Vendor/Visitor/Contractor badges.
o Assist with all mass mailings if needed.
o Interact with visitors, vendors, deliveries and all departments.
o Interact with Allegiant Staff.
o Assist with Security and Emergency Response procedure, maintain building integrity, and safety of campus.
o Serve as backup to monitoring the Facility Jira system and the Facility mailbox.
o Manage company desk and seating assignments reporting.
o Communicate with the Facility Manager on a daily basis.
o Confidentiality is imperative.
o Receive and Sort USPS mail.
o Model Allegiant's customer service standards in personal actions and when providing direction.
o Other duties as assigned.

Regular attendance is a requirement of the role.

Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
Some travel may be a requirement of the role.
Essential Services Provider Allegiant as a national air carrier is deemed an essential service provider during declared national and state emergencies.
Team Members will be required to report to their assigned trip or work location during national and state emergencies unless prohibited by local, state or federal order.
