#TogetherWeWin Responsibilities We are looking for an IT Technical Product Manager with strong leadership to manage our Scheduler Platform and Generative/Conversational/Chatbot AI products.
The Technical Product Owner will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and operation of these technologies.
Develop and maintain a product roadmap for Caesars Internal Scheduler Platform, chatbots, conversational AI, and generative AI solutions, considering market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
Lead Modernization Efforts of Caesars internal Scheduler Platform.
Lead Caesars IT implementation of customer facing Generative AI, Conversational AI, and Chatbot AI Manage the rebuilt Scheduler Platform as the IT Application owner, solving for constantly evolving business short term and long-term needs Define and prioritize product features and requirements, ensuring that they are aligned with business goals and customer needs.
Be hands-on and work closely with the Implementation teams to solve problems, not just delegate and track.
Ensure that delivery is aligned to business targets and the technical roadmap.
Provide user training and support Work across teams (technical and business) and ensure solution is optimal and effective across the enterprise where applicable Provide summaries to stakeholders across multiple levels on status/progress, challenges, and risk mitigation Act as a subject matter expert on chatbots, conversational AI, and generative AI solutions, providing guidance and support to other teams as needed.
Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Ensure that solutions comply with industry regulations and best practices, including data privacy and security requirements.
Manage product launches and rollouts, ensuring that they are successful and meet business objectives.
Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides, release notes, training documentation, and technical specifications.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

years of experience as a product owner or similar role, with a focus on chatbots and generative AI solutions.
Strong technical background in machine learning, natural language processing, and related technologies.
Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
Experience with Generative Chat, Conversational Chat, and/or chatbot platforms.
Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices related to chatbots and generative AI solutions, including data privacy and security requirements.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Programming Skills:
Prior programming experience and an understanding of the technical complexities of software development.
Experience with Generative Chat, Large Language Models, or Chatbot products/vendors.
Training experience Excellent communication and presentation skills required - able to communicate effectively with technical / non-technical personnel / executive management Experience working with Jira and Confluence Experience managing vendor teams Ability to focus on strategic goals and objectives while dealing tactically with operational issues.
