Business Development Executive
At Carepro we are seeking dynamic individuals who are ready to impact their community by professionally increasing our brands awareness and becoming an expert in our industry! The Business Development Executive is responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets and maximizing the sales of our services and Business opportunities particularly in the Medical and Hospice care fields.
o Identify and contact possible new clients / accounts o Achieve weekly successful referrals between 5 - 10 o Visit more than 25-30 accounts per week o Make regular contact with current clients to ensure the development and maintenance of a strong relationship with them along with ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service o Determine when and where to appropriately meet clients to build relationships and understanding their business needs o Be a subject matter expert on our business products/service, processes and operations.
o Possess good data management skills in understanding sales data to make proper sales decisions, checking market trends, changes and the competitors' activity, and customer preferences o Create excellent business / contract proposals for current and prospective clients0 o Ensure all sales activities are recorded in the CRM and are regularly updated o Always conduct oneself in a professional manner when dealing with clients, customers and colleagues Requirements o High School Graduate o At least a 1 year experience working in sales o With notable achievements in B2B sales o Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitating group presentations o Candidate needs to be driven and results-oriented o Innovative with problem solving skills o Proficient in using Microsoft Office application.
