Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The BCBA will serve the Specialized Needs Unit by assuming responsibility for supporting the behavioral team in development of behavior plans, behavioral analysis of selected target behaviors, education of staff in plan procedures, and supporting the family/caregiver behavioral training program, as well as having primary responsibility for the integrity of all behavioral data needed for patient care.
The primary focus is enhancing the delivery of effective and measurable behavioral treatment to patients and maintaining and improving clinical data feedback loops between direct care staff and the clinical staff.
Secondary focus is generalization of behavioral treatment to families and other caregivers.
Data collection forms, procedures, monitoring and analysis are the sole responsibility of this position, with appropriate back up personnel for scheduled absences.
The position may delegate certain data entry functions as needed, but remains responsible for the integrity of all program behavioral data.
The position has no personnel management responsibilities.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field required Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a Board Certified Analyst required.
Minimum one (1) year experience in the provision of behavioral analysis and behavior analytic treatment Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrates critical thinking and organizational skills for the development and delivery of training programs Knowledge of psychiatric service delivery system and treatment methods; specific knowledge and skills in area of training and development Must have experience with coordinating and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team Teaching and training skills are required BenefitsA full benefits package is available the first of the month following just one (1) month of employment! The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
