Leidos is seeking a Training Lead for a position as part of a team supporting the National Nuclear Security Administration in Las Vegas, NV area.
This is an onsite position, no full-time telework allowed.
This is an exciting opportunity to be fully engaged by instructing the customer on services, procedures, processes, techniques, products, and skills development.
The Training Lead will manage a combination of training projects and special projects for the program management team.

Responsible for developing and reviewing all program training materials.
Recommend policies, processes, and training requirements ICW federal government standards Coordinate implementation and migration efforts across all integrated service providers and IT services, including:
developing, documenting, and maintaining procedures, reviewing all plans and schedules with the customer.
Provide IT staff and End Users with training, conducting pre- installation site surveys as required, coordinating, and installing physical infrastructure changes.
Execute classroom engagement training at the headquarters, to include New Employee Training and skills improvement Develop, document, and manage training and knowledge transfer procedures that meet requirements and defined policies.
Coordinate Service Desk training support across all service providers Identify opportunities for improvement to the training processes What Sets You Apart:
Current DoD Top Secret Clearance or DoE-Q BA degree and 8 to 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 to 10 years of prior relevant experience Experience in IT, Systems Engineering and Integration Ability to manage multiple technical publications programs for complex systems Experience identifying needs of organizations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to work collaboratively and constructively as part of a team Location:
Las Vegas, NV Pay Range:
Pay Range $75,400.
00 - $116,000.
00 - $156,600.
00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
