As we continue to increase our footprint and begin to leverage our network in new ways, KfB is looking for a Sr.
Product Operations Manager to define, prioritize, and drive hardware and firmware improvements for our devices.
Key job responsibilities- Be the voice of our customers:
synthesize and communicate our various customer customers' needs for our device to the Amazon Key organization- Identify areas for improvement in the KfB device development processes and drive change to improve operational efficiency- Work cross-functionally to define strategy, priorities, and roadmap for the KfB Device- Define and track key product metrics and KPIs to measure product performance- Communicate product status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and leadershipA day in the lifeThe Sr.
Product Operations Manager (Sr.
POM) role lives at the intersection of our Operations, Hardware Engineering, Software Engineering, and Technical Program Management (TPM) teams.
This individual will work cross-functionally with leaders of each team to deliver improvements to KfB devices.
As a key member of the KfB Operations team, the Sr POM will focus on translating the wants and needs of various customers (including the internal Operations team) into a data-driven strategy for our KfB device.
Based on this strategy, the Sr.
POM will work with the Engineering and TPM teams to prioritize features, build requirements, and deliver meaningful improvements to our customers.
The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer-focused, curious, and eager to learn.
Most importantly, they will have a proven track-record of driving complex cross-functional initiatives to fruition through influencing internal teammates.

Las Vegas, NV, USA.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
