Role Responsibilities - Parking Operations Manager In this strategic role, your primary focus will be maximizing revenue while ensuring smooth operations.
You'll:
Supervise top-quality service by our parking account supervisors, leads, and staff.
Manage recruitment, deliver team training, and impose disciplinary actions when necessary.
Ensure all parking facilities, including lots and garages, optimize space utilization and revenue generation.
Maintain stringent adherence to company policies and procedures while emphasizing profitability.
Engage in pricing strategies, dynamic pricing adjustments, and promotions to drive revenue.
Oversee regular maintenance, safety, and security of parking facilities to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
For partnership opportunities, Foster and sustain relationships with our parking account clients and local businesses.
Handle secure key management and occasionally perform valet duties.
Produce, analyze, and present revenue reports, identifying trends and suggesting improvements.
Address and resolve any conflicts, complaints, or issues related to customers or stakeholders efficiently.
Continuously motivate the team to prioritize customer experience and revenue goals.
Qualifications and Skills Minimum of 2 years in a Valet Parking or parking facility management role (required).
High School diploma or its equivalent.
Ability to pass background and drug screenings.
A clean driver's license (with up to 3 moving violations in the past three years).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, notably Excel & Word.
Skilled in roles delegation and task management.
Proven track record in optimizing profits while adhering to budgets.
Strong analytical skills for report analysis and revenue optimization.
Adeptness at conflict resolution and customer service.
Innate and external motivational capabilities for the valet and operations team.
Compensation and Benefits A competitive salary bracket of $65,000-$75,000 per annum.
