Insurance Agency Operations Manager - Remote - California Must reside in California to apply We have a fantastic opportunity available! A phenomenal insurance company is looking to add a resourceful and ambitious Operations Manager to its expanding team.

Experience - You have at least 5-7
years of operations coordinator/management experience Customer Service - You have excellent customer service, communication, and telephone skills Comprehensive Knowledge - Understanding of Worker's Compensation guidelines and compliance obligations.
Software - You are proficient with Applied Epic, Microsoft Office:
Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other database management systems
Responsibilities:
Helping to streamline workflows and processes Oversee security matters and provide customer assistance for all software and hardware.
(setup, training, and password management) Assisting with training and setting up employees with Applied systems, communications, updates, etc.
Collaborate with the management team to design and implement audits Provide phenomenal relationships with clients, customers, management, and vendors when it comes to support software.
