A successful candidate will be able to work closely with our sales managers in order to effectively maintain current business as well as develop new leads in a variety of industries.
The ideal New Business Development candidate is an energetic and innovative individual who will be responsible for building relationships with owners of large HVAC equipment, and to sell service agreements and products.
New Business Development
Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and expand account relationships.
Provide solutions to customers through effective account management and further develop customer services.
Conduct surveys sites for equipment maintenance requirements.
Prepare quotes, proposals, service contracts, and documents to complete a sale.
Provides service, service contracts, equipment, parts, etc.
to satisfy the customers requirements.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and effectively communicate the value of products and services offered.
Contacts responsible parties for purposes of securing renewal of service contracts.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
