SmarketThe Kiosk Field Support position supports Sports Book operations with kiosk drops, cash moves, and supply deliveries and achieves the followingWhat You Will Do:
Discover and implement practices and procedures to optimize usability and peak customer experience on kiosk terminalsIdentify and act on opportunities to improve support mechanism as to best support book teams and DMResolve and report book team concerns/complaints on kiosk operationsProactively build and retain great working relationships with District Manager's and casino partnersDeliver a compliant environment with Gaming Control Board Laws, regulations, rules and proceduresCollaborating with the other members of the sportsbook team and Management to create long-term support strategyCommunicate effectively, cascade relevant information and encourage feedback Establishment of effective and professional relationships with all levels of William Hill employees and clients/vendorsPromote a positive image for William Hill within the industry and communityWhat You Will Need:
Creative problem-solving skillsStrong technical understanding of CBS equipment Ability to identify and fix problems without supervision Strong analytical skills Ability to manage a diverse range of activities Effective at planning and prioritizing Willingness to drive on a regular basisPhysical Requirements:
