The average pay reflected includes base wages for average hours scheduled and average incentive compensation for this role over a twelve month time period.

Aaron's Customer Account Managers drive the success of our stores by leading the customer accounts department with the primary goal of achieving company standards for collections and lease renewals.
As a Customer Account Manager, you will strategically influence team performance to help our customers achieve their goals of ownership and assume a wide variety of job functions at the direction of the General Manager.

The WorkAttainment and upkeep of customers' accounts including maintaining updated customer information in the store computer system and documenting all customer payment appointmentsAssist General Manager with operational functions which include account recommendations, payment frequency and payment history to monitor accuracySecond up to the General ManagerBuild authentic customer relationships to support customers in their ownership goals and drive salesManage the collections process by counseling customers to gain timely lease/merchandise renewalsReview and close lease agreements, which includes confirming customer identification, collecting money and obtain customer signatures on lease agreementsContact customers who have not renewed merchandise agreementsMaintain customers contact over the phone and through home visitsUpdate customers information and maintain accuracyManage entire accounts staff to achieve daily, weekly and monthly accounts department goalsClean and certify merchandise in the cleaning station for all merchandise personally returnedComplete and maintain weekly vehicle maintenance sheet and route sheets dailyLoad, secure and protect product in company vehicleSafely operate company vehicleAssist the Sales Team as neededAny other reasonable duties requested by managementRequirementsUnited States at least 21 years old with a valid state Driver's License and compliance with the Company's Driver Qualification Policy; including satisfactory MVR (driving record).
Canada at least the age of 18.
Must meet DOT requirements to obtain certification in required states (United States)Ability to work schedule of hours varying from 8 am to 9 pmAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
