Jennifer McGee Description We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Payroll and Benefits Administrator.
In this entry level role, you will support employee customer service, payroll tax, and benefits administration.
What Will You Be Doing? Employee Customer Service Maintain and monitor the teams' shared email accounts.
Provides timely responses to former employees' requests for pay statements and W2's.
Responding to inquiries related to benefit payroll deductions.
Payroll Tax Open mail and process payroll tax notices.
Maintain filing system for payroll tax correspondence.
Uses excel to reconcile payroll tax liability balances.
Assist in preparing quarterly payroll tax reporting.
Contributing to W-2 reconciliation and preparing other year-end reports as assigned.
Benefits Administration Processes benefit changes for new hire and qualifying life events (change of status, birth, etc.
) and ensures benefit deduction changes are entered correctly in payroll system for accurate payroll processing.
Maintains filing system for employee benefits Provides timely and courteous resolution for employee benefit inquiries such as enrollment, life events, and payroll deductions.
Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise for the job:
1-2 years' experience working in a payroll or HR office environment.
Friendly and open communication skills that foster a collaborative work environment.
Positive attitude with confidence to ask questions and recommend solutions.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
Detail-oriented, along with a knack for finding errors.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Associates degree preferred.

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled.
At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case's facts and circumstances.
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $45,000 - $55,000 annually.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
