Responsibilities:
Housekeepers Facilities Laborers Maintenance Engineers Overview:
Following policies set forth by the Company in concert with the Executive Management Team, provide support in the general operation of the company through efficient facility and campus management including scheduling and supervision of facilities staff, training staff on Company policies and procedures, scheduling and execution of routine building maintenance, the general upkeep of Company grounds and facility, tracking the completion of service requests, consumable cleaning supply ordering, monitoring ongoing facility construction or modification projects, and acting as a liaison to general contractors or additional 3rd party construction vendors.
Essential Functions:
Thorough communication of any obstacle which limits their capability to see departmental duties through to completion.
Scheduling and supervision of facility Housekeeping, Engineers, and Maintenance Agents Train Facilities staff on Company policies, procedures, and maintaining a safe work environment Supervise and assist with the routine building maintenance, Housekeeping, servicing of equipment, and the general upkeep of Company grounds Track and ensure that facility service requests are completed within established timelines and quality standards Responsible for consumable cleaning supply ordering, receiving, and warehousing Monitor the completion of ongoing facility construction and modification projects Coordinate and liaison with general contractors, subcontractors, internal resources, and vendors towards the completion of on-site construction projects or modifications Compile comprehensive project documentation Ensure resource availability and allocation Assist in the creation of a budget for ongoing maintenance Assist with Inspection/permit scheduling and coordination Establish and maintain positive working relationships with 3rd parties/vendors Assist in all matters related to compliance of State and Federal regulations.
Fulfill assigned responsibilities in line with procedures set forth by all department Standard Operating Procedures and subsequent training.

Understanding of applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry, personnel law, safety regulations, local municipal codes and organizational rules, regulations, directives and standard operating procedures.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, management, governmental agencies, community members and the general public.
Ability to use standard office equipment, computer equipment and software including word processing, database management, spreadsheet applications and electronic mail.
Additional Requirements:
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age Must pass any and all required background checks Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the industry Forklift and Scissor Lift Certification Preferred Working Conditions:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform walking, grasping, talking, hearing, seeing, standing, sitting, bending, twisting, climbing and repetitive motions.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
?Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 40 pounds (100 pounds with assistance) Must be able to tolerate dusty, strong smelling marijuana odors, and be able to tolerate exposure to the product.
