Bachelor's degree recent graduate or currently pursuing degree in Business or related fieldTo be qualified to apply intern candidates should be currently enrolled in a college or university, or a recent graduate within the last six months with a GPA of 3.
0 or higherCandidates that will have completed at least two years of university-level coursework will be given preferenceRelevant coursework includes:
communications, hospitality, marketing, etcJob Duties Ability and willingness to work 15 to 30 hours per week for 6 months Ability and willingness to occasionally work nights, weekend and travel as needed with ample notification Highly organized, have a keen eye for detail and have the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently Strong writing, verbal communication, design, and editing skills Proficient in Microsoft programs (word, excel, and outlook) Excellent interpersonal, organizational and project management skills as well as the capability to manage deadlines Excellent proof reading and quality control skills Passion, energy, flexibility and demonstrated ability to produce results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Ability to build and nurture a network of contacts across the organization while providing great customer servicePreferred Requirements Background in Communication, Marketing, Event Planning or Customer ServiceJob Duties Provides research and innovative ideas for improving employee programs, communications, and recognition programs Manages recognition program including:
fulfillment of redemptions, distribution of materials, customer service and support, and tracking data Assists with company communication including proof reading, using templates, understanding how the end user will receive and act on the information, etcand use of Microsoft products Assists with existing employee programs including birthdays and anniversaries, Corporate Challenge, sports sponsorships, charitable giving, onsite services, blood donation drives, theme parties, spotlights, employee discounts, etcand include assists planning the events, prints and mails materials to locations, provides onsite assistance ensuring successful events, and tracks participation and budget spending Tracks metrics of company events Provides customer service and assistance to employee questions that come through a variety of communication channels including Facebook, email, shared inboxes, etc Manages the company swag store (G4 Store) Works with our vendor to review and add new items Responds to emails should they arise Works closely with Director of Culture & Engagement, Employee Program Specialist, and other departments to ensure employees are continually well informed and engaged in Allegiant culture Other duties as assignedPhysical Requirements The Physical Demands and Work Environment described here are a representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of the roleReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the roleOffice - While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, key board, printer, and phoneMay be required to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 20 lbsMay be required to work various shifts/days in a 24-hour situationRegular attendance is a requirement of the roleExposure to moderate noise (i.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
