Digital AI Product Manager

Provide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) to the Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Officer in support of a Fighter Test Services contract at Nellis AFB, NV. Collaborate with internal and external customers to develop and manage a plan of action and milestones that will identify, prioritize, and track status of tasks associated with development, refinement, and integration of artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML) algorithms, scripts, and software applications. Develop and manage a unified data analysis toolset shared across sites and 3rd party organizations. Participate in development of AI/ML use cases in support of data science and analytics processes. Support operational test and evaluation by establishing network architectures to facilitate movement of data. Generate supporting documentation detailing methodology, processes, and utilization of data transfer and analytics applications. Essential Job Functions:
Manage Projects Collaborate with internal and external customers to identify requirements. Identify, prioritize, and track status of tasks associated with AI/ML software development. Identify resources available vs. required. Establish, publish, maintain, and report on performance relative to timelines. Document methods, processes, and utilization of data transfer and data analytics applications. Establish Initial Use-Cases Define initial use-cases with the test team. Develop requirements for tool suite. Create roadmap and development schedule for initial tool suite. Manage daily tasks and execution for roadmap. Explore Available Resources Assess current state of visualization tools developed for CHEETAS (software application). Review toolsets available for exploration of data sets. Develop Initial Exploratory Data Analysis Capabilities Create tool development pipeline on F-35 Knowledge Management. Create documentation for development pipeline and initial capability. Establish Follow-On Use-Cases Define follow-on use-cases with the test team using end-state of initial use-cases as a starting point (follow-on use-cases may be new, more complex use-cases, iterative improvements of initial use-cases, or both). Iterate/revisit requirements for tool suite. Create roadmap and development schedule for extension of previously developed tool suite. Manage daily tasks and execution for roadmap. Develop Follow-On Exploratory Data Analysis Capabilities Review tool development pipeline on F-35 Knowledge Management (computer network), as required. Create documentation for development pipeline (as required) and follow-on capability. Create tools designed to meet follow-on use-cases. Deliverables for Expected Period of Performance Documentation of development pipeline (as required) and follow-on capability. Integrated Master Schedule. Tool User Guide. Training program and documentation. Provide mentorship and training as applicable. Required Skills:
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. A Bachelor's degree is required. Well qualified candidates will have 1 or more years' experience managing projects focused on data science, data exploration, or data analysis tool development. Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desired.
