Qualified candidates must have the ability to work in a team environment, follow rules and procedures as indicated, be well adapted to pressure, and be able to meet deadlines Must be organized, a self-starter, possess good problem solving skills, be able to handle projects, and multi-task simultaneously Focus and attention to detail are a must Professional verbal and written communication skills At least 2 years customer service/call center experience (or similar) in an office environment Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, Adobe and Internet (Secretary of State websites).
Specific duties but not limited to:
Contacts the customer (via telephone/fax/email/letters) when invoices become due to secure payment arrangements.
Applies knowledge and understanding of individual client accounts to efficiently and effectively handle account balance inquiries, resolve account problems, billing disputes, misapplied payments and other issues as needed to provide quality customer service Works within a multi-functional team to provide quality customer service and timely responses to client requests Ability to quickly analyze customer concerns and needs while balancing company revenue concerns.
Manage customer inquiries within established policies, procedures, standards, and workflows Demonstrate role-specific competencies on a consistent basis Demonstrate corporate values on a consistent basis Position Type/Expected Hours of Work The compensation for this position is $20 per hour.
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 9:
