Provide Operational Test (OT) and CONOPS expertise in 5th Gen and Next Generation fighter aircraft. Lead and coordinate future USAF fighter capability testing across requirements, acquisition, developmental and operational test. SME across mission systems, such as radar, weapons, electronic warfare, sensor fusion, electro-optical and infrared imaging, communications, and navigation. SME across Kill Chain and futuristic CONOPS. Essential Job Functions:
Advise and assist the government in all aspects of 5th gen OT, and lead/influence the way ahead for Next generation platform(s) design and successful testing execution. Expertise in respective platform mission systems and operational concepts is required. Required Skills:
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. A Bachelor's degree plus 15 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree plus 12 years of experience. Top Secret/SCI Eligible. Ideal candidate will have significant experience in any/all of the following areas:
5th Gen Systems & Employment. CONOPS for Next Gen platforms. Fighter Aircraft OT. Fighter aircraft knowledge and test/tactics experience. Joint operations and tactics. 5th Generation Integration. Large Force Exercises/Employment. Joint Simulation Environment (JSE).
