Relief Charge Nurse RN
POSITION
Summary:
The Relief Charge Nurse is a nurse who has been awarded additional duties to replacethe Charge RN on an intermittent basis (as needed).
DUTIES &
Responsibilities:
Supervise staff and overall clinical outcomes.
Ensure that quality care, customer service, andemployee relationships are always top priorities.
Supervise and provide career coaching toexisting members on staff.
Provide direct patient care, collect patientdata, make observations, and report pertinent information related to patientcare.
QUALIFICATIONS &REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a current RN license in good standing (as required by state) Must have 1
years of supervisory experience in a hospital or acute care setting Must have stable work history and the dedication and commitment to lead our healthcare team Demonstrated ability to maintain positive employee relationships required Ability to follow all applicable policies and procedures as well as current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern long term care facilities Must have BLS and ACLS accredited from the American Heart Association (AHA) Must have IV certification - if outside of NV, IV Course Curriculum is required upon hire
