4K a year 15 hours ago 15 hours ago 15 hours ago We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior leader to oversee our Servicing Operations function which serves our plaintiff and medical lien funding business.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, strategic vision, exceptional execution and communication skills, and a proven record of effectively managing negotiations and business to business(B2B) collections operations in a high volume and fast paced environment The Vice President, Servicing Operations will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize negotiations, B2B collections, and status processes and rates, to reduce losses, and to maximize collection efforts while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
The Role:
Review, analyze, and drive team and individual performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and related metrics.
Manage and lead the Servicing Operations team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
Ensure new team members are hired, onboarded, and coached in an effective manner.
Oversee the implementation of policies, procedures, and technologies to streamline processes and improve effectiveness.
Collaborate with other departments, including risk management and legal, to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
Collaborate with leadership to assure strategic, operational, and developmental team goals are met.
Work with team members, operations leaders, sales, and attorneys to resolve escalated issues/questions related to status on funded cases.
Maximize collections to expected outcomes while maintaining and deepening relationships with our attorneys and medical providers, balancing art, and science.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including attorneys, medical providers, collection agencies, and legal counsel.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights into performance and trends.
Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction, quality, and financial results are met.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability within the collections department.
Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Experience required:
Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree in law or business operations preferred.

years of relevant experience in B2B collections or servicing operations, preferably in the legal field.
Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Proven experience in a senior leadership role in a high-volume, fast-paced, and complex work environment.
Strong background in relationship management, preferably with a servicing/records management focus.
Demonstrated success in driving operational efficiency and revenue growth.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with proven ability to influence and drive change.
The position is based in Las Vegas, NV, however a remote arrangement may be possible for the ideal candidate with recurring in market travel.
