- Transcribe and proofread documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate and manage projects, including tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Provide administrative support to the office, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
- Assist with order entry and inventory management.
- Serve as a liaison between the office and external vendors or clients.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a dental office or medical receptionist role is beneficial.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
