Prior experience in the home services industries is a plus.
Qualifications:
Must have min 3-5 years experience with the position in which you are applying.
Able to pass drug test / background check.
Must have valid driver's license.
Work well with people.
Team player.
Some overtime and on call duties at times.
Must have experience with email correspondence with clients, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, general data entry, phone etiquette.
Looking for candidate with experience in the following type job duties:
Routing and dispatching of technicians to ensure timeliness, customer satisfaction, and profitable jobs.
Answer phones and communicate with clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Correspond with client and vendors via email and texting in professional manner.
Assist with inventory counts and tracking.
Assist with preparing and presenting quotes to clients.
Lite experience with Excel.
Able to handle fast paced environment.
Multi-Tasking abilities.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
