Production Services Manager - Aggregate

Effectively lead production services team in support of district plant and production managers across North Texas/OklahomaAssist with problem solving and project execution in order to reduce down time, improve processes and lower operating costs by effectively applying reliability methods and establishing predictive/preventive maintenance programsEssential Responsibilities Champion for safety programs and sound environmental stewardshipDevelop, implement, and manage a service program to include:
lubrication, vibration analysis, reliability, and root cause analysisCapital project and electrical and mechanical installation managementOverall responsibility for planning, staffing and coordinating electrical repairs of equipment in all district production facilities and maintenance of stock parts, identification of critical sparesCoordinate with district production management to identify plant fabrication needs, establish priorities and schedule installationsAssist with plant repairs as neededDevelop and implement long-term, medium-term and day to day maintenance plans, pursue 80% planned versus 20% reactive maintenance effortDevelop, implement and manage the lubrication program, vibration analysis, reliability team effort, failure analysisDevelop, implement and control the electrical capital project budgetsManage personnel within the assigned departments to meet all job requirements and company/plant standardsDevelop and communicate key metrics and trends that support operational excellence activities across the districtResponsible for training, performance appraisals, salary administration, disciplinary actions and other employee relation activitiesOur Benefits Martin Marietta offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
