This role will give you the opportunity to maintain the ecommerce website which entails photography, photo editing, creating item descriptions, processing, and receiving orders, and customer service.
This role requires significant email and phone correspondence and checking the website each day to update inventory and site content.
Other duties include, but are not limited to:
Identify and processes merchandise to list Maintains ecommerce website (processes and receives orders, customer service and item descriptions) Processes ecommerce sales Tests and cleans merchandise, creates descriptions of merchandise for the website Responds to customer e-mails, processes ecommerce sales, picks, packages, and ships merchandise daily as sold Requirements for the E-Commerce role include:
As a member of our customer service team you must be self-motivated with a positive and outgoing personality and a strong work ethic.
Excelling at customer service and relationship building will take you far in your career with EZCORP.
Additional requirements for the role include:
High school diploma or GED Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, cashier, or retail experience 1
years of experience conducting sales in an online environment Knowledge of ecommerce marketing and keyword relevance to items sold (eBay, Offer Up, Store eCommerce site) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Work well independently and as member of a team Ability to multitask Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics, a plus Sales background, a plus Bilingual, a plus No cost for TM only medical insurance when selecting UnitedHealthcare Choice Plan.
