Responsibilities:
Schedule all appointments for participants as assigned when requested by mental health counselors timely and accurately.
Creates associated transportation requests and authorizations for scheduled appointments within the EMR.
Ensure coordination of appointment date/times with the participant, responsible party, and facility as appropriate and communication of the confirmation are made timely and effectively to prevent cancellations, no shows, or miscommunications.
Entering authorizations into the computer system and working with Operations Director and Finance department regarding authorizations for claims.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
