They have a 1-year-old daughter and plan to grow their family in the future.
The dad has a high-stress job, and while the mom is currently home full-time she wishes to focus on her business.
They need someone to support the mom and provide an extra set of hands as well as full autonomy as needed.
The ideal candidate will be willing to grow with the family long-term! The schedule is Monday to Friday, from either 8 am to 4 pm or 7 am to 3 pm with some flexibility.
Their daughter currently takes two naps per day but will soon transition to one nap.
She attends a mommy and me class twice a week.
They live near two large parks and have access to a community pool.
Their daughter is smart, energetic, and happy.
They prefer someone with experience caring for babies and toddlers who can fully engage with their daughter.
Speaking Russian is a plus, but not mandatory.
They want someone enthusiastic, who can take direction but also show initiative.
A pleasant attitude is a must, and they require someone who is up-to-date on vaccinations and a non-smoker.
The nanny's duties include all baby-related tasks such as feeding, diaper changing, laundry, tidying up after play, light housekeeping, wiping down counters, and occasional cooking.
They have a chocolate lab and would like the nanny to let the dog in and out.
The family is ultimately looking for the right fit, so the start date is flexible.
The pay is $30-35/hr gross via payroll.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
