Summary:
Customer Service Supervisors play an important role in the service area by providing customers with fast, friendly, accurate, and safe service at our entrance and exit.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supervise and oversee the Call Center for the Car Buying Department Someone with team development skills, Team leader, able to build a team for better structure.
Ensure department equipment is operational.
Leadership Skills Perform team building, other duties, and responsibilities as requested Ability to meet or exceed department guest service standards Adapt to changes, self-sufficient, and self-starter Managing growth Ability to lead, coaching, and mentoring employees Ability to bring the department up when sales are down.
Help develop and sustain a team Expectations:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), Bilingual a plus.
Ability to work efficiently, independently, and cohesively, consistently producing quality results.
Analytical, Problem-solving, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
