We're looking for another person to join our team as a full-time Co - Warehouse Manager to join our Warehouse Management Team.
Managing a team of fulfillment associates to oversee the receive, pick, pack and ship process.
Please note - this job is a management level position on the Floor in the Warehouse- standing desks.

Oversee the Pick, Pack, Ship Process and ensure daily output goals are met by staff- mainly coaching and assisting staff to meet their goals Inventory management Ensure the daily employee productivity is met by evaluating productively goals Plans, organizes and distributes work assignments and daily schedules to associates so that financial goals are met or exceeded.
Monitors completion of job assignments Assist in all Monthly Employee Stats and Attendance Reviews Monitor staff attendance and overall performance Onboard and Train New Hires in their respective departments Monitor PTO and post the weekly staff schedule and daily staff TO Do Action Plan Here's what we're looking for in you:
Minimum 5 years of Management experience Strong computer skills and experience working with inventory systems and Excel a plus Ability to take instructions and act upon them A self-motivated personality Attention to detail for Quality Control Comfortable using both Mac and Windows computers Punctuality- Works well within a team Strong HR skills required Other Benefits Central location is on the East Side McCarran Airport at Eastern and Sunset Small team--get to know everyone and have a big impact on a growing business Weekly pay schedule via check or direct deposit Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old Fluency in both written and spoken English Job Type:
