We're looking for an amazing Customer Experience Representative who's genuinely excited to help leads select the best course for them and customers with technical issues.
This position is a part-time role (approximately 24 hours/week) that requires weekend/holiday availability.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES - Schedule:
Mondays 9 am - 5 pm Pacific, Saturdays & Sundays 8 am - 5 pm Pacific - Answer and record all customer service and sales calls, emails, and chats - Use HubSpot (our CRM) to contact and manage inquiries (parents and students) and track various goals as outlined by management - Report to the Senior Director of Customer Experience weekly for tasks and/or work outside of standard position expectations KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS - Company Values:
