Responsibilities:
As an RN Clinical Supervisor, you will plan and work with the Clinical Director and Branch Director to coordinate, provide and evaluate home care services focused on the patients' individual needsThis role provides direct patient care in the home and involves supervising the field staff for home care and private duty.

The RN Clinical Supervisor accomplishes clients' care by assessing treatment needs; developing, monitoring, and evaluating treatment plans and progress; coordinating services and discharge planning Providing direct patient care Completing client admission and pre-admission visits Ensuring compliance with agency's policies and local, state and federal laws and regulations Complying with agency time frames for paperwork completion and submission Completing required paperwork for insurance reimbursement and clinical record documentation Evaluating and conferring with staff regarding performance The schedule and hours for this position will vary and will include some weekends Representing the agency in the community QualificationsWe are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with a demonstrated commitment to service excellence that can ensure our patients receive the highest quality of careIf you are passionate about quality care, have strong leadership skills and excellent communication skills, this is the position for you!
Specific Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from a college accredited by the National League of Nursing preferred Current unencumbered RN License in Nevada 3 years of current nursing experience as an RN 1
