Create corporate entity documents and file new and annual reports with appropriate government agencies, including the Nevada Secretary of State
Prepare licensing and permits for various state agencies
Prepare and maintain a database for all contracts and claims for multiple business entities
May also be required to prepare and file eviction complaints in Justice Court, respond to unemployment claims, perform discovery, respond to subpoenas and assist in document production
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
