Office Admin/Account Coordinator While Account Managers will be responsible for filing audit required items, the Account Administrator may be asked to assist.
Account Administrators will be working on completing the Implementation Checklist.
It is the Account Manager's responsibility to ensure all necessary items are filed into ImageRight in their respective places.
If they are not the Account Administrator will not handle the completion of this item and the Account Manager will be responsible.
Marketing Assist with Sold Plans, if necessary (must have appropriate training from the marketing team).
Agency Management Systems (AMS360, BenefitPoint, ImageRight) Create new clients in Benefit Point.
File any correspondence received as their responsibility into ImageRight.
While Account Managers are required to file their own correspondence, Account Coordinators may be asked to assist during busy times when the Account Manager is unable to be present in the office.
Maintain integrity of all that falls under Account Coordinator Responsibilities are completed and entered into BenefitPoint and ImageRight in a timely matter to meet all audit requirements.
Assist the Account Managers with renewing or terminating all policies that expire each month.
Account Managers must request no later than 1 week prior to the due date.
Generate personalized forms for each client (ex:
BAA, Confirmation of Coverage / Rate Letter), annually or as needed.
Account Manager is still responsible for the completion of these documents, but the Account Coordinator will work alongside on these requests.
Update client contact information in BenefitPoint with the Account Manager's assistance.
This should be reviewed upon each renewal to ensure its accuracy.
Will on occasion pull filed items from BenefitPoint and send to Producers and Account Managers upon request.
General Service Partner with Account Manager(s) to meet administrative timelines Assist in client specific projects as assigned by the Account Manager(s), including but not limited to:
implementation of a carrier transition, dependent verification audits, billing reconciliation, wellness initiatives, compensation statements, enrollment processing, and consultant invoicing Communicate frequently with carriers re:
renewal & service of policies, obtaining documents, timelines, other assorted issues Read and respond to all emails within 2 business days.
If a solution cannot be provided immediately, a response on the estimated completion timeframe will be provided.
Account Managers requests Producer requests Client inquiries when Account Manager is out of the office (excluding inquiries about plan coverages and rates.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
