Some tasks will need to be done every week, other tasks will be done as needed.
Most weeks will be 4-8 hours of work with approximately 4 hours on site split over 2 days (i.
e.
2 hours on Monday & 2 hours on Thursday); some weeks will be more.
Examples of Recurring Tasks:
Break down boxes, put them in recycling bins, take bins to curb Clean and reset pool skimmer Develop and administer fertilizer schedule for garden Maintain cold plunge Run errands (drop off packages, pick up dry cleaning) Examples of Project Management work:
Source contractors and compile bids (remote) Coordinate and oversee contractors Inventory and organize storage bins in the garage Benefits of this job:
Highly flexible schedule:
Most of these tasks can be done with flexible timing.
If you are busy one day you could come the next day.
If you are busy in the morning you could come in the evening, etc.
Requirements:
Strong project management skills (able to organize and schedule tasks, provide clear updates, manage contractors) Good communication skills Fluent in English Reliability - if you say you are going to do something, you do it.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
