You will be responsible for developing effective behavioral treatment plans for clients in a clinic setting.
We highly value work life balance with smaller case loads and a team of paraprofessionals to collaborate and create comprehensive programming.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individual behavioral plans and conduct FBA's.
Oversee and conduct training for registered behavior Techs and clinical programs.
Develop and implement parent training and support programs.
Proficient in ABLLS, VB-MAPP, AFLS, and PEAK assessments.
Develop, manage, and oversee progress reports and treatment plans.
Your schedule is managed for you with your approval.
Partner with billing and insurance teams to meet payer requirements.
Collaborate with SLP's, OT's and SPED professionals.
Qualifications:
Board certification and license through the state.
Experience working with children with disabilities Energetic and positive demeanor Ability to build rapport with clients Experience as a leader Excellent written and verbal communication skills Additional Information:
Compensation based on experience Paid vacation, holidays, and sick time.
