This role will be pivotal in creating an exceptional living environment.
We are seeking a highly organized individual with strong time management skills and acute emotional intelligence.
If you enjoy planning, organizing and anticipating needs to create an elevated lifestyle for our household, this dynamic position might be for you! Schedule Monday-Friday 8-5pm, weekends as needed and agreed in advance 1 hour lunch 12:

Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the executive staff to efficiently oversee all household operations.
Manage personal and property-related appointments with efficiency and precision.
Source vendors and negotiate deliverables and budgets.
Present multiple vendors for each household need with a preferred vendor with rationale.
Hire/manage vendors, and supervise/ performance manage outcomes.
Coordinate projects range from event planning, travel arrangements, household contractors, social activities and personal calendar events.
Provide additional support including driving, shopping, and light meal preparation.
Process and execute day-to-day requests from the Principal and their family either directly or indirectly via hired staff/vendors depending on need.
Oversee pet care, dog sitting, light grooming, bi-weekly grooming appointments and vet appointments as well as any other standard care.
Ensure the housekeeping staff is executing properly for the property to keep it consistently clean and well-organized.
Be the point of contact for suppliers, deliveries and contractor appointments.
Schedule and manage maintenance for various assets.
Maintain an inventory of furnishings and household items Provide a high level of care and services by anticipating and staying one step ahead of needs, being in tune with the principal's busy work schedule.
Travel as needed Required:

Willingness to undergo background checks and sign confidentiality agreements.
Strong proficiency in English, valid Driver's License, and U.

work authorization Preferred:
Discreet and respectful of confidentiality.
Outstanding communication and organization skills.
Proficiency with Mac and Google suite of business programs Proactive and enjoys being helpful.
Fast learner with a disposition for taking the lead on projects.
Must be flexible - able to adapt to guests and changes around the house Problem solver and critical thinker.
VIP handling experience is a plus.
