Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor staff, providing guidance and training to ensure high levels of performance and customer service.
Safety Management:
Ensure all safety protocols are followed and maintain a safe environment for participants and staff.
Event Coordination:
Plan and execute events, managing logistics and ensuring a seamless experience for participants.
Customer Engagement:
Interact with participants, address inquiries and feedback, and foster a positive atmosphere.
Inventory and Equipment Management:
Oversee equipment maintenance and inventory management to ensure all items are in working condition.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of daily operations, incident reports, and participant feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a recreational or entertainment setting.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in recreational activities.
