This position will be primarily remote, with in-person court appearances and occasionally in-person client meetings.
As an integral member of our family division, you will manage cases from their inception to resolution using a client-centered approach with the support of a paralegal and staff.

Duties:
Manage family legal matters, including divorce, custody, support, emancipation, and guardianship from inception to resolution Communicate with clients via email, call, and Clio portals Monitor family mediation sessions and conduct settlement conferences Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and other legal forms as needed Organize and record all official documents required to be filed Conduct hearings and trials while maintaining the calendar and ensuring deadlines and requirements are met Keep clients updated on their case status Represent clients at trials in front of judges and juries Education/
Experience:
The candidate must possess a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law (active, good standing) in the State of Nevada.
The candidate must also have 3-5 years of experience in divorce and custody matters.
Criminal experience is welcome but not required.
Pay DOE.
