The household consists of four adults and pets.

If you have high standards, posses a thick skin, and can work effectively in a fast-paced enviornment this role may be for you.
Qualified candidates must be able to work in a chaotic environment, be incredibly organized and task oriented.
This position is ideal for a candidate with minimum 10 years of experience (Butler, Chief Of Staff, Facilities Manager, Estate Manager, Household Manager - Jack of All Trades) who would enjoy a wide variety of responsibilities.
Again, you must currently reside in Las Vegas, NV.
Estate
Responsibilities:
Overseeing the delivery and inspection of thousands of pieces of furniture and artwork Ensuring the smooth transition of the homeowners into their new residence Hiring staff:
Housekeepers, gardners, chefs, etc Maintaining high vehicles Making sure the property is at it's best at all times Delegating cleaning and maintenance tasks to team members Monitoring the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas of all 3 estates, landscape, parking lots and outdoor recreation spaces Performing routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs as needed Scheduling routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors Ensuring proper security measures for the workplace, including collaborating with security system vendors or a team of security professionals Maintaining day-to-day operations of facilities, such as delegating or completing maintenance orders Conducting residential projects start to finish (remodels) Creating reports on maintenance, repairs, safety and other occurrences for supervisors and other relevant staff Manage small to large scale time-sensitive projects to completion Manage the household/kitchen staff.
Schedule and manage various vendors Schedule meetings and appointments Event planning Basic
Qualifications:
Must possess a high-level attention to detail Must be capable of handeling a fast paced enviornment Ability to work 50-60 hours a week as needed Some off-hour and weekend availability as required Maintaining a strict level of discretion and confidentiality Polished, friendly, professional demeanor Experience with excel Proactive go-getter:
no task is too big or too small Valid Driver's License is required Preferred
Qualifications:
Must be able to work well with both ambiguity and specific instruction.
Experience working at an upscale household (required) Experience in event planning/management Experience working in a catering company Skills:
