Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant (EA) to provide comprehensive support to the CEO of Manaflex LLC.
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with remote work flexibility, and requires someone who is based in Las Vegas.
In addition to typical executive assistant duties, the EA will also provide personal assistance to the CEO's elderly parents, ensuring their daily needs are met efficiently and compassionately.
The ideal candidate must be discreet, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling both business and personal matters.

Responsibilities:
Executive Support to CEO:
Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with senior leadership and clients.
Prepare and/or follow up with reports, meeting minutes, and other materials as needed.
Assist with project management and ensure that tasks and deadlines are met.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Personal Support for CEO's Parents:
Assist with managing the daily needs of the CEO's elderly parents, including:
Ensuring bills are paid on time and handling other administrative tasks.
Running errands as needed (e.
g.
, grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions).
Following up on medical appointments, phone calls, and any necessary coordination with healthcare providers, insurance providers.
Organizing and facilitating daily life activities to ensure a smooth routine.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Must reside in Las Vegas and be willing to travel within the city for errands.
Flexibility in managing both professional and personal tasks.
Familiarity with senior care and a compassionate approach to working with elderly individuals is a plus.
Working Hours & Location:
Hybrid work environment with both remote and on-site days.
Availability to occasionally work outside regular business hours if needed.
