We are searching for an executive assistant who will report directly to the CEO and will grant him the luxury of focusing on the things that only he is able to do, thereby driving the company to new levels.
This is a unique opportunity for the right person to be part of building something special in Las Vegas, while learning the full cycle of commercial development from ideation through completion.

ABOUT YOU Do you have any experience in construction or development? Are you the most organized person you know? A perfectionist? Do you drive things to completion? Do you break through roadblocks to do so? Can you read the room and know what kind of input is needed.

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A REMOTE OR HYBRID POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Manage CEO's emails, recognizing what is of utmost importance, what can be passed on to others, or what you can directly handle Manage Outlook Calendar, scheduling appointments, and reminders Research products and services on an ongoing basis Spearhead projects from concept to completion File documents and maintaining organization Prepare, print, or export various spreadsheets or other documents, as needed.
Maintain updated list of business contacts and vendors Computer literacy with proficiency in various software applications Answer phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette Familiarity with DocuSign or willingness to learn Drive to pick up or drop off documents, when needed Manage confidential, time-sensitive internal and external communications Ability to occasionally work overtime, when needed REQUIRED SKILLS Highly proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products Expert in researching products and services on the Internet, or as needed Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail Proficiency in filing documents and maintaining organization Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, vendors and internal staff Always demonstrate high ethical standards and personal integrity Capable of effectively presenting information and responding to questions Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently Possess excellent organization and project management skills, leadership skills, and the ability to simultaneously manage and complete multiple tasks Must organize and prioritize workload and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to write business correspondence with grammatical accuracy Must possess knowledge of sending and receiving email and retrieving information from the internet Good organizational and time management skills that support the rest of the team.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
