We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Labor/Delivery Manager to oversee the operations of a labor and delivery unit.
This role involves 24/7 management of the assigned unit to ensure patient care meets high standards.
Key
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the labor and delivery unit.
Ensure adherence to established standards of care for patients.
Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals.
Develop and implement policies and procedures for optimal patient outcomes.
Required
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
1-2 years of progressive leadership or management experience.
Licenses/Certifications:
Active RN license in Nevada.
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support).
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program).
BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support).
Skills and Attributes:
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Exceptional communication abilities.
Proficiency in managing care for patients of varying ages and medical conditions.
