Summary:
Assist in the recruiting and onboarding of all company new hires as assigned.
Assist in the planning and presentation of panel interviews and/or training.
Presentations/panels may be in full classroom presentation, small group presentation or one on one.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Track and compile accurate onboarding and recruiting data.
Assist with maintaining recruitment platforms.
Filter through applications and schedule in for interviews as necessary.
Ensure all works cards, referrals, permits, and personal identification are current and present at time of onboarding.
Posting job requisitions for all assigned departments as necessary.
Source applicants through various methods including advertising, recruiters, job sites, and career fairs.
Maintain recruiting and hiring data for reporting purposes.
Maintain team member personnel files.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
Must be flexible, detail oriented, able to prioritize and able to multi-task effectively.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills, writing skills, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential materials and information.
Must be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming License.
Proficient computer skills.
Strong communication with all levels of management.
Interact well with others and be a positive influence on employee morale.
Uphold the company's non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements.
EDUCATION and/or
Experience:
High School graduate or equivalent.
Experience in Recruiting or Human Resources preferred.
PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols Manual dexterity to operate job related equipment Performance of job duties will require standing, walking, lifting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and grasping.
These tasks include the maintenance and care of assigned area.
Constant contact with fellow Team Members Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
