Prepares and maintains standardized and customized reports to support management in understanding key performance indicators.
Executes special or continuous research and data analysis tasks.
Uses financial and business acumen to analyze and understanding significance of reported numbers and helps answer top-level business questions by harvesting and converting data into management insight.
Processes departmental changes including, but not limited to:
o Product codes o Personnel-related changes o Position requisitions Provides information relevant to Division's/Department's operational status on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to Management on topics such as but not limited to:
o Sales o Incoming/outgoing units o Overtime o Rejects/Returns o Total employee units o Material usage Coordinates activities between internal departments and other Company Divisions and/or Functional areas.
Contacts company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information and prepare reports.
Maintains all record keeping and record retention systems for Division/Department.
May be responsible for or assist with performing payroll related duties such as but not limited to:
o Distributing, collecting, and correcting time sheets and production sheets.
o Performing manual data entry into the payroll system.
o Researching and resolving payroll discrepancies.
o Reconciling and auditing weekly payroll to ensure all adjustments/corrections are in the system.
Pay Range:
$18.
00-$19.
00p/hr.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
