Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a minimum of 8
years of experience in business analysis and system design.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.
g.
, Agile, Waterfall).
Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques (e.
g.
, SQL, data modeling).
Experience with requirements management and documentation tools (e.
g.
, JIRA, Confluence).
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation, Benefits and DurationMinimum Compensation:
USD 34,000Maximum Compensation:
USD 120,000Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate.
The above is a reasonable and good faith estimate for the role.
Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full-time employees.
This position is also available for independent contractors.
