- Personal Calendar Management:
Organize and maintain the CEO's personal schedule, including appointments, family events, social engagements, and vacations.
- Errands:
Perform personal errands such as shopping, dry cleaning, picking up/dropping off items, and managing household needs.
- Travel Arrangements:
Plan and coordinate personal trips, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itinerary planning for family vacations or personal getaways.
- Household Management:
Liaise with household staff, contractors, and service providers.
Oversee home maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
- Event Planning:
Plan and organize personal events such as family gatherings, birthdays, anniversaries, and social functions.
- Personal Shopping:
Manage personal purchases, including gifts, wardrobe updates, and other shopping needs, ensuring items are procured on time and within budget.
- Health and Wellness:
Schedule personal appointments, including doctor visits, health check-ups, and wellness treatments.
- Financial Assistance:
Assist with managing personal finances, such as paying bills, coordinating with accountants, managing household budgets, and tracking personal expenses.
- Family Support:
Assist with personal tasks for family members as required, including managing schedules, coordinating school or extracurricular activities, and booking family appointments.
- Vehicle Management:
Ensure personal vehicles are maintained, including scheduling servicing, registration renewals, and cleaning.
- Confidentiality:
