What You'll Do As the Personal and Administrative Assistant, you will directly support the founder by managing a mix of personal, operational, and administrative tasks.
Your role is vital to ensuring daily operations run smoothly and strategic goals are met.
Key Responsibilities Administrative Support Manage and prioritize the founder's schedule, appointments, and meetings.
Organize emails, handle correspondence, and track follow-ups.
Maintain digital and physical files, ensuring accessibility and organization.
Personal Assistance Run personal errands, food prep, cleaning, laundry and manage day-to-day logistics.
Book travel arrangements, accommodations, and manage detailed itineraries.
Act as a liaison with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Tech and Tools Support Utilize Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) efficiently.
Learn and manage the Go High Level CRM to support client relationships and workflows.
Conduct light research and assist in preparing reports or presentations.
Skills and Qualifications Location Requirement:
Must live in Las Vegas or Henderson, NV, and be available for in-person support.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
Willing to Learn:
Enthusiastic about mastering Go High Level CRM and other tools.
Highly Organized:
Skilled at managing multiple tasks, schedules, and deadlines with precision.
Proactive and Reliable:
Takes initiative to identify needs and solve problems without being prompted.
Trustworthy and Discreet:
Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information responsibly.
Excellent Communicator:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience in personal assistance, administrative support, or similar roles is preferred.
